Signature Closets Customer Reviews

Choose Signature Closets versus Other Closet Companies Craig and his team did a very nice job. The quality is exactly what we were looking for. We met with numerous closet companies and chose Signature Closet which was a great decision.

Closet of your Dreams I highly recommend Signature Closets! Craig will give you the closet of your dreams! Absolutely creative and masterful!!

Houzz Review I can’t speak highly enough about Signature Closets. Craig was outstanding to work with. He listened to our needs and made use of every inch in our master closet. He has already designed our pantry and laundry room for later this year. We also are thrilled with our shutter installation. Again he listened to what we wanted and delivered. Highly, highly recommend Signature Closets

You are in the BEST hands Signature Closets recently completed a two closets and bookshelves for a study for us after doing our previous residence. Everything turned out amazing. They are super professional, timely and great communicators. I will use them in the future and promise you are in the BEST hands!"

Highly Recommend For Closet Renovation I just had my master closet done today and I'm so extremely happy with it!! It turned out exactly like the renderings that I was provided. Jim was wonderful to work with. I'm actually having him quote me for two more projects that I'm interested in, just because I was so happy with how this one turned out, as well as the process that went along with it. Highly recommend this company if you're looking into a closet renovation!

Care About Their Customers To summarize my experiences with Signature Closets to date: Quality, Beautiful Product, Genuine People and Customer Service Beyond Reproach. There aren't enough words permitted in this post, to describe the service we received. Craig is an extremely personable, friendly person who went out of his way to ensure everything was just perfect for us in our new home. In the end they couldn’t have been more perfect! The shutters are gorgeous! I had never considered shutters being mixed in with our Hunter Douglas Roller shades; however, with Craig's natural flair for design, he saw the opportunity immediately and delivered. He took the time to meticulously paint each shutter to perfectly matched our existing decor, and installed them with the same attention to detail, resulting in beautiful shutters which fit perfectly and couldn't match better. With the Hunter Douglas rollers shades, the experience was much the same. We have extremely large casement windows which face a public area in our bedroom and Master Bath. These have had no coverings for the last few months since buying our home making privacy a serious concern. Our shades came in earlier then the shutters and understanding our current circumstance, Craig made a special trip, without us needing to ask and at no extra charge, to install the shades, and provide the privacy we badly needed while we waited for the shutters. This was huge and really demonstrates the type of people Signature Closets are. Signature Closets genuinely CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS and the satisfaction they will receive from their products over many, many years! Craig took the time to ensure everything was just perfect from the design, install, ensuring we understood how to use, the warranties etc. There was no rushing, instead the whole process was actually enjoyable. The customer service alone with Signature Closets would give this business a 5-star rating, throw in the beautiful products and personable people, you just feel and know you can trust, makes you feel so much more at ease when making an investment into window coverings such as these. Anyone considering shades, shutters, closet remodels or garage storage setup's, I can't encourage you more, to call Signature Closets. You will be happy you did!

Highly Recommend Craig and Signature Closets Craig and team recently installed a custom pantry and plantation shutters in my home. Craig was AWESOME to work with from Day 1. Professional, knowledgeable, honest and competitively priced. Unlike other companies we had come out to give us a quote, Craig worked with us to maximize our small space and even stepped outside the box to create a custom dog food bin that we had requested. The installation was quick and Craig and team were top notch. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product - I would HIGHLY recommend Craig and Signature Closets if you are looking for quality service!

We recently bought a house and decided to install plantation shutters throughout, not a small job. Craig and his team came highly recommended from our realtor. We were not disappointed! The team were extremely responsive and professional. Craig personally answered every text and email quickly and followed through on every promise. Ray, our installer, began work at 8:30am and worked until the job was finished at 6:30pm. He was thorough, professional, and extremely tidy. I highly recommend Craig and Ray to install shutters. If ever the need arises, we’ll call Craig.

Good Balance Between Cost and Storage Space Craig and his team did a great job. We had them come out to give us a quote on a new pantry and garage storage system. Craig worked with us to find a workable solution for the pantry (given ours has an odd shape) and helped us find a good balance between cost and maximizing storage space. Highly recommend!

I HIGHLY recommend Craig and his team!! Craig was patient, informative, and professional. His pricing was in line with a few other companies that I met with however his knowledge and attention to detail were far superior. We absolutely couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We had Plantation shutters installed by Craig & the team at Signature Closets last year across the front of our 2 story home, including the foyer window. We could not be happier with the precision of the fit & the quality of the shutters. They look beautiful inside & out & our only regret is that we didn't purchase them years ago! This year we added a sunroom & Craig installed Hunter Douglas Vignette Remote Control Roman Shades on 11 windows. Once again the fit & quality of the product is superb & what fun...they rise every morning & lower every evening at our designated time...all controlled by our phones or the remote! These elegant shades are absolutely beautiful. Each installation was done on time & everything was cleaned up afterwards. Craig was so courteous & accommodating with the installation of our shades during the pandemic and we could not be more pleased with our shutters & shades.

Comprehensive Closet System Signature Closets just completed the design and install of a comprehensive closet shelving and drawer system in our master bedroom. It came out great, and looks super. Craig was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He guided us through the entire design process, removal of the existing shelving and installation of the new system. Everything went like clockwork. His entire team was top notch. We would not hesitate to utilize Craig and his talents again, and would strongly recommend them.

Craig and his team installed plantation shutters in our house in July and they did an outstanding job. Craig quoted me on a custom closet in our master bedroom. The closet looks great. I'm cautious who I allow to be inside my home unattended but I have no worries with Craig's team. I would highly recommend Signature Closets.

Craig Amick with Signature Closets designed my master closet and my kitchen pantry and I couldn’t be happier. The organized storage is great and the look is fantastic. Signature Closets is also an authorized dealer of The Louver Shop and they installed plantation shutters on all of our windows. They look amazing and totally transformed the look of our home. For custom closets, pantry storage, plantation shutters or window treatments, you just need to make one call to Signature Closets. You will be very glad that you did.
